Principle:

The tablet cores make continuous complicate orbital motion in a closed and clean sieve hole coating cylinder.Controlled by microcomputer and according to set parameters and requirements,coating medium

atomized by sprayer are automatically and equably sprayed on the surface of tablets core(Coating medium available dripped process).At the same time,under the negative pressure in the sealed coating cylinder,

via clean air supplied from the heat-air supplying cabinet permeating the bed,coating medium are discharged through the bottom of coating  cylinder by a suction device.Therefor,the film coating of tablets core dried

rapidly and evenly and comes a layer of solid,compact,neat and smooth surface film.
