Model Tf Turbo mill
Summary:
The turbo mill is a newly developed and most commonly used type in the world. Its turbo structure can solve the heat generation. So it can grind heat-sensitive materials besides usual materials. It has high efficient, with the fineness reaching 60 to 120 mesh.
Application:
It’s widely used in such industries as pharmacy, chemicals, dyestuffs, paint, pesticide, food-stuffs, sugar, salt, plant fibre (such as Chinese medicine), carbon, science and research institutes.
Structures and Working Principle:
The whole machine is fully made of stainless steel, it has a good anti-erosive capability which could make the medicine production accord with the GMP standard. During the course of beating and grinding, it’s difficult to surmount the materials exothermic tacky and metamorphic phenomenon. The model TR-B turbo mill adopted the turbo’s high-speed revolving movement, thus produce a powerful airstream in the smashing room. The material inhaled into the smashing room by negative pressure, then between the lamina and module’s powerful whirlpool, pass through the impact ,cut , cut, rubbing, because the heat had spilled out by the mechanism and airflow the milling process can’t gather heat. The product fine powder outflow from the sieve to the bucket. The tail gas expelled to the sieve bag first, under the air-machine’s action; then outflow. To prevent jam the sieve bag we designed an quiver device on the bag. Sieving is very expedite, so you can realize the perfect operation without dust.
