3 Ply Face Mask Making Machine with Fast Delivery
This automatic production line is used to produce a disposable face mask. This production line consists of a film making machine, a film turning and feeding machine, and two ear band welding machines. The equipment added an inline connection and automatic transferring belt machine. This unique design increases production capacity and decreased human costs.
The machine is used in a Non-woven mask, smooth cloth mask, gauze mask, line mask.
The whole machine is from feeding, line insertion, edge sealing. Cutting the finished products are all automated operations, and the whole process is controlled by PLC.
The machine is composed of one set of planar face mask machine, one set of feeding machine and two sets of earloop machines, and processes are automatically completed, including the cloth’ edge folding/ covering, nose-bridge bars’ quantitative cutting/ positioning, through the conveyor. Face masks are conveyed to two external ear loop machines, the ear loops’ welding & forming by the ultrasonic, the counting, the final products’ discharging, and the packaging.

3. The divider mainly feeds the cut body pieces to two ear band welding machines respectively;
