Dwy Series Multifunctional Pilling Coaters
Main properties:
DWY series multifunctional pilling coater is a multifunctional fluid bed equipment that integrates pilling and coating with tangent spray, coating with bottom spray and granulation with top spray.
Features:
Combines multifunctional functions of pilling, granulation, coating, mixing and drying, reduce steps of techniques, process of contamination, and the degree of labor.
Application:
Tangent spray: pilling, covering, coating
Top spray technique: granulation
Bottom spray technique: coating
Tangent spray technique: the material on the fluid bed is pushed upward by the hot air flow, it will do regular spin rolling movement the specially designed container with the influences of centrifugation of the rotary plate, centripetal force of material container, the air flow back and gravity. The liquid sprayed at a tangent direction make the material into core of pills, which are coated by powder from tangent sprayer to get required tighten fine pellets.
Top spray technique: the material on the fluid bed forms upward. Flowing state pushed by the hot air flow, then combined into granules gradually by the liquid sprayed from upward, and irregular granules will be gotten after drying.
Bottom spray technique: the material is pushed upward from the bottom of the flow leading tube by hot air flow and sprayed back, coating liquid is sprayed from bottom of the flow leading tube, coated onto the materials moved in the same direction to achieve the coating purpose.
