Industrial Tubular Bowl Prp Centrifuge
The machine is composed of main body, transmission device, drum, liquid collecting tray, and liquid-feeding bearing base.
There is a flexible main axis on the top of drum, and a damping floating bearing at its bottom. With the linked buffering device, the main axis is connected with the passive wheel.
Through the conveyor and the fastening wheel, motor provides power for the passive wheel, so the drum rotates around itself axis by high speed, and form strong centrifuge force field.
Materials are launched from the bottom feeding inlet, by the centrifugal force, liquid flows upward along the drum wall, and is separated to layers because their different density.
GF model is used to separate various emulsion, especially the liquid-liquid separation whose two-phase specific gravity's difference is very small, and liquid-liquid-solid separation which contains little impurities, such as: transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, dyes, grease, the saponated substances, various micro-powder materials, the purification of span-80 liquid, various oral, various pharmaceutical liquid, the separation of "920", the separation of blood plasma biological medicine, the blood plasma extracting from animal blood, the purification of edible oil/ cai plate soaking liquid/ polyphenols/ concentrated soy lecithin, the oil-water separation and the waste water treatment, etc.
GQ model is used to separate those suspension which is difficult to separate, especially the solid-liquid separation with small concentration, big viscosity, fine solid particles, and the solid-liquid weight difference is smaller, such as the clarification of various medical liquid/ glucose chlorine/ malic acid/ various oral liquid/ rhizome menispermi, the extraction of coal tar/ graphite slag/ various protein/ alginate/ pectin, the purification of honey, the separation of blood, the sedimentation of vaccines mycelium/ glucose solution, and the purification of paints/ dyes/ various resins/ rubbers solutions.
Features:
GF model: Liquid with big density forms the outer liquid circle, while liquid with small density forms the inner circle.
Then liquid will flow out of the upper outlet accordingly, and those little solid will be deposited on the drum wall, and be removed by manual after machine stops.
GQ model: Solid particles with big density are gradually deposited on the drum's inner wall, and forms sediment layer, after machine is stopped, is removed by manual.
While the clarified liquid flows out through the outlet on the upper of the drum.
