Product Description

The machine is used for the suspension containing fine/ medium-grained particles, which can be granular, crystal or fibrous, etc., and for the separation of toxic flammable material with high viscosity and fine particle.

It is widely used in the industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, environment protection, etc., including gypsum, oxalic acid, thiamine, glauber salt, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, fuel, mono sodium amalgamate, various resins, food additives, vitamins, antibiotics, starch, sugar, copper, zinc, aluminum, mineral product and metal refining etc..

Working Principle:
Motor which is controlled by the frequency converter drives the belt wheel to transfer the power to the drum through the triangle belt, to keep the drum rotate around its own axis by high speed, to form the centrifugal field.

After material from the top feeding pipe enters into the centrifugal field in the drum, the centrifugal force will keep the material distributed on the drum wall to have the separation.

The liquid phase can permeate solid materials, screen's slits and the drum wall hole, be splashed into the shell space, and be discharged from the liquid outlet on the bottom. While the solid phase material will be remained in the drum.

After the dehydration, drum's speed is reduced, the solid material will be removed by the scraper, and be discharged through the drum's top outlet.
